The first
big project in our class, focusing on html and css (no active js in use on
site). All images except witch hat logo are Sims 4 screenshots of a Sim and lot
created by me for this project- actually Abby! :)
[I scored 105 percent with the 'member page' bonus page
:-D]
My
instructor dubbed the look of this site very "trustworthy," to which I laughed,
knowing my limited grasp of math. BUT, this was our first big project using
javascript and I finally got enough of a handle on the forumlas evolved to
properly test and get it working!
[I hated the math in this but finally got it to work!]
An ice cream
shop! With added bonus depending on the time of year, you'll get a little
snowman graphic :D From a technical standpoint, this took a bit to get working
properly- I can get the fields to show and hide pretty readily, but actually
calculating the right stuff based on new fields, well that's math :P But I got
it!
[Just a quick project done during class time. I love this pinstripe
bg technique that I found!]
The name
of this resort is taken from Sims 2 but I don't have the ability to take my own
Sims 2 screenshots, so pretty and generic found images will have to work.
(Apologies for no credit provided, this site does not exist for financial gain).
On the technical side, everything up to the confirmation code input on the
Dining page is functional!
[I didn't get to finish the second bonus page for activities, but
passed on the overall requirements and the bonus show/hide aspect of the
Dining page.]
Another IYKYK title, gosh but I love the Sims 4 Werewolves world map. All images on the hiking page were provided by our instructor, but there's a few images on the main page from Baxter State Park in Maine.
[My latest workshop, with some dynamically created menus using javascript!]
